Josh has over a decade of experience working 1-1 with people to help them to reach their potential within their sport. Josh has worked with athletes of all backgrounds in a variety of sports, from developing athletes to elite and national level athletes. Josh has a degree in sport and exercise science, a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, and is an accredited coach with the UKSCA and NSCA. Josh also has various qualification in coaching nutrition, allowing nutritional support to be provided throughout all plans.

Strength is a key element of our programming, but this goes way beyond lifting weights. We look at how to be appropriately strong to maximise performance in your sport, and ensure your overall conditioning is appropriate for performance

Develop Explosiveness

Being strong is great, but without building power and explosiveness, it's transfer to your performance may be limited. We ensure this is considered and developed in all programmes. 

Prevent injuries

All good fitness plans should not only consider performance, but also injury risk. In sport, we have additional considerations based on injury history and demands of the sport. This is considered so we can help prevent common injuries before they happen!
